William Cox Park

RK & Associates provided full conceptual and detailed design, tender, and construction administration services for a new neighbourhood park in a recently completed Markham development. The park features an inclusive all-ages playground, shade structure, acrylic basketball court, outdoor ping pong, and passive seating areas — maximizing amenity within a compact urban space.

RKA developed 3D renderings to support public consultation, helping the community visualize and shape the final design. The completed park has been warmly embraced by residents, celebrated for its vibrant colours and diverse range of play opportunities.
