Eastview Park Splash Pad

RKA was retained by the City of Guelph to deliver the full design and contract administration for the new splash pad at Eastview Park — from concept through construction. Opening summer 2023, the facility features a recirculating water system to supply the splash pad features.

The splash pad celebrates the 45-hectare pollinator habitat adjacent to the park, with a themed design featuring flower, bee, and butterfly spray elements and a signature shade structure with a honeycomb cut-out pattern that casts dappled shade across the picnic area.
